## What staff and instructors can do

- See the day's assignments and switch to the team schedule
- Start a new booking or quote, and turn enquiries into bookings
- Review provisional assignments and leave requests
- Follow notifications through to the record that changed
- Mark attendance and results from the phone
- Take card payments in person with Tap to Pay or a Bluetooth card reader
- Access follows each person's role and permissions
