Yes. Start a 30-day free trial of the Business plan online, with no card needed and no automatic charge. Choose a paid plan before the trial ends to keep access. ### Can we also hire equipment to customers? Yes. Equipment Hire is an optional add-on for quotes, day rates, agreements, reservations, deposits and check-out and return records. Ask us for pricing. Bulk stock hire also requires the Inventory add-on. ### What counts as a seat? An admin seat is a member of office staff who logs into the back office. Instructor and tablet logins are free. Customers booking on your site never need a seat either. ### Is there a contract or minimum term? Choose monthly billing at £199 per admin seat, or pay £1,990 per admin seat upfront for a full year—12 months for the price of 10. Both can be chosen when you sign up online; billing and cancellation terms are set out in the terms you accept at signup. ### Do we need the tablets? No. The booking site and back office work on their own. Add the tablet package when you want to design your own courses and deliver them in the room: registers, theory tests, practical marking and signatures on the day, with results syncing straight onto the delegate's record. ### How is the tablet package priced? The tablet package is an add-on to the Business plan, priced in your quote. Instructor and tablet logins do not carry an admin-seat charge. Tablets and transport cases are quoted separately from our device shop, and any scheme or per-delegate delivery fees are confirmed in your quote. Tell us how many rooms and courses you run. ### Can you migrate us off spreadsheets? Yes. Import bookings, customers, companies, qualifications, courses, instructors, locations, time slots and your training matrix from CSV files yourself. For a larger move, show us your records and we will help plan the import. ### Is VAT included? All prices exclude VAT. Your VAT invoice follows your chosen monthly or yearly billing schedule. ### Can we export our data? Yes. Export invoices, your training matrix of qualifications and custom booking reports to CSV whenever you need them.
